Having low mood can impact all aspects of student life, whether it’s not wanting to socialise, finding it hard to get motivated to study, or not making an effort to cook a healthy meal. Student Minds Cardiff aims to support students' wellbeing - spreading awareness of a range of mental health difficulties often experienced at university, and running events aiming to bring people together in a safe and empowering environment.
Become a Part of Student Minds
Becoming a member of Student Minds Cardiff will allow you to keep up to date with all that the service has to offer. This includes:
- Social media and blog posts focused on a range of mental health difficulties, wellbeing tips, and links to other useful information and resources.
- Events such as wellbeing walks, coffee mornings, book swaps, collaborations with societies to provide activities such as yoga and art, exam-time support and tips, and much more.
You'll be added to our mailing list, and receive regular updates about our events and campaigns. You'll also be able to vote when the committee elections come around, and have your say about how the service could be improved at the annual general meeting.
