Nominations Process
Any students interested in standing in the Autumn Elections 2023 must complete the nominations form by the official close of nominations. The nominations form needs to be completed in full for each position any student wishes to stand for.

Whilst completing the nomination form, candidates will be required to provide their name, student number, and Cardiff University email address. Candidates are responsible for ensuring these are accurate.
Candidates will also have the option to provide their manifesto (reasons why students should vote for them) and a clear photo of themselves during the nomination process. Manifestos must be no more than 1500 characters, and the photo must be clear photo of themselves. Candidates will be able to amend their manifesto or photo by a date and time provided to them in the instructions emails they will receive at the close of nominations.

- Final Plain Text Manifesto Deadline: Tuesday 10th October, 4pm
- Final Poster for Printing Deadline: Wednesday 11th October, 4pm
- Voting Opens: Monday 16th October, 10am
- Voting Closes: Thursday 19th October, 4pm
- Results Expected: Friday 20th October, 4pm

Y Broses Enwebu
Rhaid i unrhyw fyfyrwyr sydd â diddordeb mewn sefyll yn Etholiadau’r Hydref 2023 gwblhau’r ffurflen enwebu erbyn diwedd swyddogol y cyfnod enwebu. Mae angen llenwi'r ffurflen enwebu yn llawn ar gyfer pob rôl y mae unrhyw fyfyriwr yn dymuno sefyll amdani.
Enwebwch eich hun yma
Wrth lenwi'r ffurflen enwebu, bydd gofyn i ymgeiswyr ddarparu eu henw, rhif myfyriwr, a chyfeiriad e-bost Prifysgol Caerdydd. Mae ymgeiswyr yn gyfrifol am sicrhau bod y rhain yn gywir.
Bydd gan ymgeiswyr hefyd yr opsiwn i ddarparu eu maniffesto (rhesymau pam y dylai myfyrwyr bleidleisio drostynt) a llun clir ohonynt eu hunain yn ystod y broses enwebu. Ni ddylai maniffestos fod yn fwy na 1500 o nodau, a rhaid i'r llun fod yn ffotograff clir ohonyn nhw eu hunain. Bydd ymgeiswyr yn gallu newid eu maniffesto neu lun erbyn dyddiad ac amser a roddir iddynt yn y negeseuon e-bost cyfarwyddiadau y byddant yn eu derbyn ar ddiwedd yr enwebiadau.
