The Enriching Student Life Awards (ESLAs) are an annual event, created to recognise the fantastic staff and students who contribute to the Cardiff student experience. In 2025, the awards are being run in partnership between Cardiff University and the Students’ Union. 

Thank you to everyone who took the time to place a nomination. Our panels comprised of elected officers and university staff members reviewed all nominations, and chose a shortlist for each category. You can see the full shortlist below.
