Tie-Dye Event Terms and Conditions:

Event Overview

• This Tie-Dye Event is a one-night-only event hosted by Love Cardiff.
• The event ticket includes the cost of a t-shirt and all necessary materials to create a tie-dye design.

Non-Refundable Policy

• All ticket purchases for the Tie-Dye Event are final and non-refundable. Please ensure that you are able to attend before purchasing a ticket.

Post-Event Responsibility

• Participants will need to take their tie-dyed t-shirt home after the event. The dye requires a setting period of approximately 8 hours before it can be washed.
• Love Cardiff will provide detailed instructions on how to properly care for and wash the tie-dyed item.
• Love Cardiff is not responsible for the outcome of the dye once the event has concluded. Any issues arising after the event, including the dyeing process or the washing of the item, are the sole responsibility of the participant.

4. Liability

• Love Cardiff is not liable for any damage, staining, or other issues that may arise from the use of the dye or the tie-dye process.
• Participants should take appropriate care to protect their clothing and belongings during the event.

5. Event Conduct

• Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided during the event.
• Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the participant being asked to leave the event, with no refund provided.

6. Health and Safety

• Participants are responsible for using the provided materials safely and according to the instructions. Love Cardiff is not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions that may occur during or after the event.

7. Changes to the Event

• Love Cardiff reserves the right to make changes to the event details, including date, time, and location, with prior notice to participants.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Tie-Dye Event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
