The Jobs Fair gives you the opportunity to meet local employers hiring part-time, casual staff, find out more about earning while you learn, gaining work experience, boosting your CV with skills, training sessions and much more!
If you are looking for some extra cash from a part-time job then look no further as we have brought together lots of local employers all keen to offer you paid work opportunities! During the event, you will have the opportunity to chat with a variety of local employers to find out about their part-time, casual work opportunities and express your interest!
You will also be able to sign up to Jobshop on the day, our free student employment service which aims to find casual employment for Cardiff University students.
You can also learn more about the great skills and training courses offered by our Skills Development Service aimed at making your CV stand out from the crowd in the future.
If you’d like to give something back to your new local community while doing something really worthwhile that will look great on your CV, then volunteering could be for you! Find out more about the projects available and sign up with Cardiff Volunteering.
There will be a quiet period from 10:30-11:00 in the morning for any students who would prefer to browse the stalls in a quieter atmosphere. The Fair will open to everyone else at 11:00.
For accessibility access, please enter the building from the Senghennydd Road entrance and use the internal lift.
