Students' Union House-hunting Lists
Are you looking for accommodation?
Are you looking for a Cardiff University student to replace you in your tenancy contract?
Are you looking for a Cardiff University student to join your house next year?
The Student Advice Housing Lists are designed to help you advertise any vacancies in your property whilst helping those who are struggling to find accommodation with finding a spare room.
Below you will find two separate lists where you can:
- Post a listing to advertise a spare room in your property or,
- Post a listing to tell others that you are seeking accommodation or a house share.
If you wish to post a listing on either of these housing lists, please click the appropriate link(s) below.
From there, you will be able to submit an application to the housing list. You will be asked to provide your contact details. Please note:
- Your details will only be available to other Cardiff University students who are viewing the housing list.
- You can remove or ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will delete them within one working day.
- You will not be contacted by Student Advice or Cardiff Students’ Union as a result of sharing these details except for completion or expiration of your listing.
Students accessing the Housing List will be able to send you a message to enquire about your vacancy. It is your decision whether you reply or not, but if you are no longer seeking accommodation or a tenant, we ask that you remove your listing.
The lists that are currently available are for the current academic year (2024-2025), and for the next academic year (2025-2026).

Ydych chi'n chwilio am lety?
Ydych chi'n chwilio am fyfyriwr o Brifysgol Caerdydd i gymryd eich lle yn eich cytundeb tenantiaeth?
Ydych chi'n chwilio am fyfyriwr o Brifysgol Caerdydd i ymuno â'ch tŷ y flwyddyn nesaf?
Mae'r Rhestrau Tai Cyngor i Fyfyrwyr wedi'u cynllunio i'ch helpu i hysbysebu unrhyw ystafelloedd gwag yn eich tŷ tra'n helpu'r rhai sy'n cael trafferth dod o hyd i lety i ddod o hyd i ystafell sbâr.
Isod fe welwch ddwy restr ar wahân lle gallwch chi:
- Bostio rhestriad i hysbysebu ystafell sbâr yn eich tŷ neu,
- Bosito rhestriad i ddweud wrth eraill eich bod yn chwilio am lety neu i rannu tŷ.
Os hoffech bostio rhestriad ar unrhyw un o'r rhestrau tai hyn, cliciwch ar y ddolen(nau) priodol isod.
O'r fan honno, byddwch yn gallu cyflwyno cais i'r rhestr tai. Bydd gofyn i chi ddarparu eich manylion cyswllt. Sylwer:
- Bydd eich manylion ond ar gael i fyfyrwyr eraill o Brifysgol Caerdydd sy'n edrych ar y rhestr dai.
- Gallwch ddileu neu ofyn i ni ddileu eich manylion unrhyw bryd, a byddwn yn eu dileu o fewn un diwrnod gwaith.
- Ni fydd Cyngor i Fyfyrwyr nac Undeb Myfyrwyr Caerdydd yn cysylltu â chi o ganlyniad i rannu'r manylion hyn ac eithrio pan fydd eich rhestriad wedi'i chwblhau neu'n dod i ben.
Bydd myfyrwyr sy'n cyrchu'r Rhestr Tai yn gallu anfon neges atoch i holi am eich ystafell gwag. Eich penderfyniad chi yw a fyddwch yn ateb ai peidio, ond os nad ydych yn chwilio am lety neu denant mwyach, gofynnwn i chi ddileu eich rhestriad.
Mae'r rhestrau sydd ar gael ar hyn o bryd ar gyfer y flwyddyn academaidd 2024 - 2025.
