Provides general information, advice and confidential support in many areas of life and various issues that LGBT people, their family and friends may experience. Supported by Welsh Gov. Their phone lines operate Monday from 19:00 to 21:00.

 

LGBT+ Domestic Abuse Support

Galop: Provides support to LGBT+ people experiencing, or who have experienced, domestic violence. Also offer support to friends, family members and professionals working with survivors of domestic abuse. Their helplines operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, with extended hours of 10:00 to 20:00 on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

 

LGBT Foundation Helpline

Provides support and advice on a variety of topics, including mental health, loneliness and isolation, coming out, sexual health, questions around sexual orientation and/or gender identity, harassment and hate crime, and also signposts to local services and support. LGBT+ Hate Crime Helpline

Galop: Prvoides support to those who are experiencing, or have experienced, anti-LGBT+ harrassment, violence or abuse. Their Hate Crime helpline operates Monday to Friday frm 10:00 to 16:00. Calls are charged at the standard UK rate but it is possible to email HateCrime@galop.org.uk to request a call back to avoid call charges.

A national helpline delivered jointly by Bristol Mind and Mind in Somerset. Provides confidential emotional/mental health support and signposting services to people who identify as transgender, agender, gender fluid and non-binary+, as well as their family members and friends.
