Join Our Couch to 5K Program!
Our weekly beginner’s session is perfect for those new to running or looking to get started. This relaxed and supportive group run will help you build consistency and prepare you for our celebratory 5K social run. After just 8 weeks of training, you’ll earn a certificate of achievement! Sessions are held every Tuesday at 18:30, meeting outside the SU gym on Senghennydd Road.

Ready to Go Further and Improve Your Speed?
If you can already run 5K non-stop and want to focus on building speed and endurance, join our 5K to 10K program! These sessions incorporate speedwork to help you get faster while improving your distance, all in a friendly and supportive environment. We meet every Wednesday at 18:30, outside the SU gym on Senghennydd Road.
Sunday Long Runs
Looking for an additional challenge? Join us for a weekly long run every Sunday at 9:00 AM, starting from the same spot outside the SU gym on Senghennydd Road. It’s a great way to build endurance and enjoy running with others.
