Why should I join the Rugby League club?
We are one of the newest and fastest growing clubs at Cardiff University! At CURL we offer high level coaching, great socials, and a full year of fixtures. We are committed to fostering a competative and inclusive environment where every member can thrive both on and off the field!
This season we have a full schedule, competing in Southern 2 with high hopes of winning the league! We also compete in 9s tournaments during the year, including the Wales Rugby League 9s where we play some of the best in the country. Let's not forget about the highly anticipated Welsh Varsity where we face our rivals Swansea University.
What does a membership include?
We have one of the cheapest memberships in the AU and it comes with a lot of benefits! We offer multiple training sessions a week with highly experienced coaches from Wales Rugby League. Our fixture list is packed so you will not be short of playing experience which can lead to being selected for the Welsh Students Squad. You will also have weekly socials which will be some of best times you will have at University.
