Medics Revision Society is a charitable-academic society for ALL Cardiff University medical students from years 1 to 5. We were established in 2008 with the aim of organising and delivering peer-assisted teaching – that is, getting medics in the year above to help the medics in the years below with academic issues.
Throughout the year, we run lectures and practical sessions on numerous medical topics, which have had a great reception, both from medical students, and from the Medical School: in the past, we have been awarded prizes for our achievements in medical education.
All proceeds from our revision sessions go to charitable causes which are voted for by the students in the sessions!
