Welcome to Cardiff University Film Society: the home for film lovers, aspiring film makers and all things film!
We are a very active and diverse society who are always open to newcomers. We host regular events every Friday! These include movie screenings, film quizzes, film-making or just hanging out at the pub!
No! We love collaborating with societies or going out for cinema trips. Examples include our karaoke social with Gaming Society and our joint screeenng with Feminist Society. Plus participating in events such as Nerd Varsity :))
A large inter-society competition held near the end of the year. Last year we competed with Creative Writing Society and came fourth. Some of last years events include the film competition, miniature painting and battle bots amongst loads of others. We also have a yearly halloween party with the other Nerd Societies!!
