Welcome to the newly-established Cardiff University Czech and Slovak Society. Our aim is to create a community for all those interested in Czech, Slovak, and Central European culture, history, language, etc.
Throughout the year we plan to host several fun events such as pub trips, film evenings, food tasting, talks and walks with the members of our society. We'll also be heavily involved with the university's Central and East European Research Centre for talks and conferences.
We are always seeking new members and those who wish to get involved - so if you wish to help out just get in touch with the committee.
We also welcome non-students! The process for joining is slightly more complicated. Please fill out this form and email it to the Students' Union Finance Department (sufinance@cardiff.ac.uk). Non-members are welcome to join our socials and events, but please contact us in advance so we know to expect you.
