Objective(s) of role
? To raise the profile of Artis Community
? To act as a point of contact for the organisation
Tasks and Activities
? Attend information stalls at local events
? Raise awareness of the organisation and our work through talking
to friends and family and on social media
? Deliver talks to community groups, schools, artists etc about our
work
? Work within agreed parameters of confidentiality
Skills and Experience Needed
? Confident speaker with excellent communication skills
? Experience in using social media
? A professional and friendly manner
? Flexibility to be called upon when needed
? Positive attitude, with good multitasking and organisational ability
? Local knowledge would also be valuable in this role.

Training available
An induction training session is where you are told about the organisation and its policies. This will cover an overview of Artis Community, an introduction to staff, volunteer responsibilities and what to do if you have a problem. There will be opportunity for further training, depending on what role you go into.
