The aim of this society is to connect aspiring scientists, or individuals, who have a particular interest on the physiological science behind the effects of food on the prevention and the treatment of diseases, whilst also delving deeper into the world of nutraceuticals and the variety of supplements that influence various biological/pathological processes.
